Well-being retreat at Kalle's Inn Resort


In collaboration with Jannica Granbacka from Brainingcompany, we are organizing a new path wellbeing retreat at Kalle’s Inn Resort on Saturday, May 18th, from 9.00 AM to 3.30 PM.


The program of the day:

  • Body awakening (gentle movement exercises in nature).
  • Breakfast (Sea buckthorn smoothie, Kalle’s freshly baked bread and coffee/tea).
  • Inspirational lecture: Courage and passion for one’s own dreams! Where does the journey of change begin and how do you take the first step? The lecture includes reflection and discussion.
  • Lunch (Kalle’s archipelago soup, with house-made archipelago bread), after lunch, there is and opportunity to take a walk or swim.
  • Mental coaching including exercises for participants.
  • Afternoon Coffee + Kalle’s pastries.
  • Day summary, lessons learned, and steps for the personal journey of change.

Please bring a notebook and pen, as during the day you will embark on an interesting journey of self-exploration! This is an excellent opportunity to challenge your thought patterns, develop yourself, and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals.

The retreat is held in Finnish, but it is possible to ask question and discuss in Swedish and English as well!
